If great yoga, breathtaking hikes and delicious, healthy food are your passions, then Yoga Trails is the perfect weekend break for you. Whether you come alone or with friends or partners, you will find a Yoga Trails weekend the perfect opportunity to unwind, begin or deepen your yoga practice, take in fresh air on stunning walks and relax in good company with lots of laughter, stimulating conversation and good food.

Set in the spectacular countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park, Buckland Hall is surrounded by mountains with vistas along the Usk Valley. Only 3 hours from central London by road or rail, 2 hours from Birmingham and 1 hour from Cardiff. The accommodation is in twin rooms, all of which are ensuite.

The Brecon Beacons National Park contains some of the most beautiful and distinctive uplands in Britain with spectacular mountains, lakes, rivers and caves. The surrounding villages are perfect for historic exploration or quiet relaxation.

Each morning will begin with an energising yoga session to invigorate you for a great day’s walk in the stunning countryside. The yoga session is followed by a healthy, delicious breakfast buffet of fresh fruit, yoghurts, organic bread and delicious coffee and teas. We will then head out for our hike taking in the fantastic views and vistas of the countryside. We return in the afternoon with plenty of time to relax before our evening yoga session to help stretch out and soothe those well-used leg muscles! A delicious vegetarian dinner and relaxing evening will follow.

 

This weekend is £185 per person and includes: 

  • 2 nights accommodation in shared, twin, triple or family en-suite rooms
  • 4 yoga classes
  • All meals - vegetarian, home cooked, and organic
  • 2 guided hikes
    *Transport costs are not included

Daily Programme:

Friday 

  • Arrive from 5pm onwards
  • 8.30pm dinner

Saturday

  • 8am Yoga session
  • 9.15am breakfast
  • 10am set off for the hike (with a picnic lunch)
  • Arrive back around 4pm for time to relax
  • Yoga at 6pm
  • 7.30pm dinner

Sunday

  • 8am Yoga session
  • 9.15am breakfast
  • 10am set off for a shorter hike
  • 1pm Sunday lunch at Buckland Hall
  • 4pm Yoga Session
  • 5.30pm Depart
