If inspirational yoga, breathtaking hikes and delicious, healthy food are your passions, then Yoga Trails is the perfect weekend break for you. Whether you come alone or with friends or partners, you will find a Yoga Trails weekend the perfect opportunity to unwind, begin or deepen your yoga practice, take in fresh air on stunning walks and relax in good company with lots of laughter, stimulating conversation and good food.

Only 3 and a half hours from central London by rail or road, beautiful Croydon Hall is a fully refurbished mansion.  With a stunning yoga hall and an outdoor heated swimming pool among its many attractions this venue is very comfortable.

Situated within the wild and open country of Exmoor National Park, with the secluded hills and valleys of the Quantocks nearby and just 3 miles from the dramatic North Somerset Coast, this truly is a magical location.  Enjoy the peaceful, open spaces, fresh air, heather-clad moors, ancient forests, sparkling rivers and beautiful coastline of this area of outstanding natural beauty.

Each morning our teacher will lead an energising yoga session to invigorate you for a great day’s walk in the stunning countryside. The yoga session is followed by a healthy, delicious breakfast buffet of fresh fruit, yoghurts, organic bread and gourmet coffee. We will then head out for our hike taking in the fantastic views and vistas of the countryside. We return in the afternoon with plenty of time to relax before our evening yoga session to help stretch out and soothe those well-used leg muscles! A delicious vegetarian dinner and relaxing evening will follow.

 

The Weekend is £195 per person and includes:

  • 2 nights accommodation
  • 2 yoga classes per day (morning and evening)
  • All meals - home cooked, vegetarian and organic where possible
  • Guided hikes

Daily Programme:

Friday 

  • Arrive from 4pm onwards
  • 7.30pm dinner

Saturday

  • 8am Yoga session
  • 9.15am breakfast
  • 10am set off for the hike (with a picnic lunch)
  • Arrive back around 4pm for time to relax
  • Yoga at 6pm
  • 7.30pm dinner

Sunday

  • 8am Yoga session
  • 9.15am breakfast
  • 10am set off for a shorter hike
  • 1.30pm lunch at Croydon Hall
  • Yoga at 5pm
  • 6.30pm check-out and depart

* please note that no dinner will be provided on Sunday after the yoga session
